Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.Build, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and key sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.Design, implement, and maintain sales processes, territory models, and forecasting methodologies.Manage, validate, and ensure the accuracy of sales data across systems and reports.Support CRM optimization, adoption, and data integrity initiatives.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness.Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align reporting, forecasting, and performance management activities.Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support sales target setting, incentive plans, and performance measurement.Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership teams. Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.Proficiency in sales operations and sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.Solid understanding of finance concepts relevant to sales, such as revenue analysis, margins, and budgeting.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advanced experience with spreadsheets and data visualization tools; familiarity with CRM and BI platforms is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience in a sales operations, business analytics, or similar role, preferably within real estate or related industries.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
