Fresh Real Estate Person (Broker)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fresh Agent in Real Estate, based in Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in finding suitable properties, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating property transactions. Responsibilities include learning and utilizing real estate sales techniques, attending training sessions, presenting available properties to clients, and ensuring each client receives personalized guidance throughout their real estate journey. Immediate training and onboarding will be provided to support new agents in gaining essential industry knowledge and skills. Knowledge of the real estate market and basic understanding of real property transactionsStrong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clientsPossession of or willingness to obtain a valid Real Estate LicenseExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a teamEagerness to learn and adapt through provided training programsFluency in English and/or Arabic is highly preferredFamiliarity with the local real estate market in Cairo is a plus
