Telal exports to the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and holds HALAL, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, NFSA, and FDA certifications.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in Giza, focused on outdoor sales to HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafés) clients. The Sales Outdoor HORECA Representative is responsible for visiting existing and potential customers, presenting Telal’s product portfolio, and promoting suitable product ranges for each business type. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits, delivering product samples, and performing professional sales presentations to decision-makers. The role also involves negotiating prices and terms within company guidelines, closing deals, and ensuring accurate order collection and follow-up. The representative will maintain strong relationships with clients, monitor competitor activity, handle customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.Qualifications Strong sales skills, including Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals in the HORECA sector.Proven Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and clearly present product benefits.Previous experience in FMCG or food and beverage sales, preferably with HORECA clients or similar channels.Good knowledge of the local Giza and Greater Cairo market and a valid driving license with willingness to travel for field visits.Strong negotiation, time management, and territory planning skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and tracking activities.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
