The Property Consultant will manage client relationships, provide expert real estate consultation, and identify suitable properties based on client needs. The daily tasks include conducting market research, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends to deliver outstanding results.QualificationsStrong consulting and real estate expertise, with the ability to guide clients in making informed property decisionsExcellent communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsProficiency in sales and negotiation to successfully close property dealsUnderstanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulationsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasksBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferredProficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus
