The Salesperson will actively prospect and follow up with leads, conduct property viewings, and present suitable real estate options to clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, advising on available properties, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the closing process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities using the company’s CRM tools. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and property information are up to date and aligned with client expectations.Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with proven Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and local market trends, with the ability to explain options clearly to clients.Valid Real Estate License in Egypt or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe.Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage schedules, and conduct property visits across Cairo as needed.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools; comfort learning new systems.Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields (property management, brokerage, or customer-facing sales) is an advantage.
