Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. They will create customized insurance solutions for clients, explain products and services, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with other team members to drive growth and improve client satisfaction. QualificationsProven sales skills, client relationship management, and ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong negotiation and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in the insurance industry or related fields is a plusAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop tailored insurance solutionsProficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant fieldFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous
