We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – ERP Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client business needs, and promoting ERP solutions that help organizations improve their operations. This role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Conduct meetings and product presentations to understand customer requirements and demonstrate ERP solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/ERP systems. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Stay up to date with ERP market trends, competitors, and industry developments. - Medical Insurance - L&D Programs - Flexible hours - Hybrid Work Environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (ERP, SaaS, software, or technology sales is preferred). Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered (if applicable). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Good understanding of business processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
