The team values professionalism, clear communication, and timely service to ensure strong, long-term customer relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Representative will engage with new and existing customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs, recommend appropriate services, and provide accurate quotations. Daily activities include responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, following up on leads, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves maintaining customer records, tracking sales performance, and supporting basic marketing and promotional efforts. The Sales Representative is expected to build strong relationships, explain technical services in simple terms, and contribute to overall revenue growth.QualificationsStrong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to explain maintenance services in an accessible way.Basic understanding of automotive services (cars and trucks) or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments.Comfort with using computers, records, and prepare quotations.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with the workshop team on-site while handling some tasks remotely.High level of integrity, professional attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.Prefered 6th of october residental
