Position: Educational advisor (Telesales & Customer Care)What You’ll Do:Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.Follow up regularly to understand customer needs and recommend personalized learning and renewal solutions.Provide high-quality consultation and support throughout the customer journey.Monitor students’ learning progress and teaching quality, offering feedback and improvement plans.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Build strong relationships with customers and enhance retention and referrals.Track and analyze performance and learning data to develop effective sales and service strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.Fluent in English (b1+ level or above).Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.Passion for education and delivering excellent customer experience.Schedule : Sunday to thursday from 12 to 9pmSaturday from 12 to 4pmLocation : Maadi
