This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, presenting 3Hand Design & Marketing Solutions’ services, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their website and marketing needs, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements and support ongoing account growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, reporting on pipeline status, and contributing to improvements in sales processes and customer experience.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive new business, manage a pipeline, and meet or exceed targets.Ability to deliver systems and products demonstrations to clients, clearly explaining service features and benefits.Experience in digital marketing, web design, or related services is an advantage.Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Giza.Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and preparing proposals.
