The B2C Sales Specialist is responsible for converting individual leads into customers.Focuses on understanding consumer needs.Professionally promoting the company's products.Build strong customer relationships.Manage the full sales funnel from inbound inquiry to closing.Conduct timely follow-ups via visits, calls, and emails.Expertise in objection handling and persuasive negotiation to improve conversion rates.Working according to quantitative indicators to achieve the target.Maintain accurate records to provide weekly insights on sales performance and pipeline health. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, preferred science, chemistry, agriculture or a related field.Experience 2 – 5 years in B2C Sales.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to handle different customer personalities effectively.Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.Good command of English written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.Preferred residency in Giza or 6th of October City.
