Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will support sales management initiatives and participate in ongoing training to remain updated on market trends and company offerings. QualificationsProven skills in Communication and Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively address customer needs.Experience in Sales and Sales Management, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team objectives.Capability to deliver Training and mentor peers to ensure knowledge sharing and team development.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
