The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, training customers on products, and contributing to overall business growth by identifying sales opportunities and trends. The role requires collaboration with team members to implement sales strategies effectively.Key Responsibilities & Performance Pillars:1. Lead Generation & Territory MappingTerritory Management: Strategically mapped and segmented assigned geographical areas to maximize daily visit efficiency and market penetration.Cold Canvas & Prospecting: Conducted daily outdoor scouting and cold visits to identify untapped business opportunities and decision-makers.Pipeline Development: Built and qualified a continuous pipeline of prospective clients through direct field research, networking, and industry referrals.2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementB2B / B2C Presentations: Conducted face-to-face product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to the specific pain points of prospective clients.Relationship Building: Established, nurtured, and maintained strong, long-term commercial relationships with field clients to secure repeat business.Account Retention: Conducted regular follow-up visits to existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.3.
