Covery official is proud to have earned the trust of over 450,000 clients, with a strong focus on delighting customers and enhancing their daily journeys.Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role manages staff scheduling, training, and performance, guiding the team to meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates stock replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, tracking key performance indicators, preparing basic sales and operational reports, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming, organized, and aligned with Covery official’s brand values. The role also involves close collaboration with head office on promotional campaigns, product launches, and operational improvements.Qualifications Strong store leadership and Store Management experience, including staff supervision and daily operations oversight.Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and managing inquiries or complaints effectively.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic stock control to protect assets and minimize shrinkage.Experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle brands, preferably in a supervisory or management role.Ability to analyze sales performance, use basic retail KPIs, and take action to improve results.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.Comfort working on-site in Giza, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons as required.High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
