EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express (FedEx), is seeking a Sales specialist (Freight forwarding) to join our company.Responsibilities:Utilize internal and external tools to negotiate shipping freight rates with Carriers or Airlines.Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task given will be completed to their satisfaction.Expand and cultivate the Company’s carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.Provide customer quotations with a systematic follow-up system.Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs.Ensure that all clients' freight loads are shipped on time.Work closely with operations and the CS team to provide smooth and efficient customer care.Develop a database of prospective clients, as well as Account Management, to retain and grow the existing client base.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor's educational degree (Preferable Logistics field or equivalent)A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field of sales Freight Forwarding.Must have in-depth knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry.Excellent English Language both written and spoken.
