The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities Identify client protection needs and financial goals through face-to-face meetings. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities. Promote and sell insurance products while achieving assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention. Provide after-sales support and assist clients with inquiries and policy-related matters. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, activity logs, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory standards. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base. Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and team support.Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Insurance knowledge is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Result-oriented with a sales-driven mindset Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability Problem-solving and proactive thinking High level of organization and attention to detail Basic understanding of sales processes and client management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Ability to handle multiple tasks and client interactions efficiently Willingness to travel frequently within Egypt Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and customer satisfaction
