Sales Specialist

Search for new customers and business opportunities in local and export markets.Conduct regular field visits to factories, companies, and clients to expand the customer base and generate new sales opportunities.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer communication to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.Prepare and present professional quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals.Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and company visits.Track and analyze sales performance, customer leads, sales visits, and conversion rates.Support new product development by communicating market needs and customer feedback to management.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to achieve company objectives.Maintain and update customer and sales records on internal systems and reports. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Experience selling industrial or technical products such as plastics, PVC, home appliance components, or similar products is preferred.Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Very good English language skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with different factory departments.Willingness to travel when needed.Target-driven, energetic personality with strong business development capabilities.Owning a car is considered a strong advantage.
