The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and follow up consistently to close deals.This role is suitable for someone who is eager to grow in sales, has strong communication skills, and can manage the sales process from first contact to closing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across target healthcare segments and institutions.Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads (digital ads, exhibitions, referrals) and provide feedback on lead quality.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM.Conduct in-depth discovery to understand each client's operational challenges and position the right solution for their needs.Represent Nebras Technology at industry exhibitions and events when needed.Coordinate with the implementation/onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff after a deal closes.Track and report on personal sales metrics: pipeline value, conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.Stay current on competitor offerings and regional market trends in healthcare software.Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions sales, or a related field (healthcare, SaaS, medical devices, or technology sales is a strong plus).Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.Comfortable conducting software demos and explaining technical concepts to non-technical buyers.Confident negotiator with a consultative, relationship-first approach to selling.Familiarity with CRM tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Self-motivated and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.Nice to HavePrior experience selling into healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or medical practices.Experience selling subscription/SaaS or enterprise software.Existing network of contacts among healthcare practitioners or administrators in Egypt or the MENA region.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission.The opportunity to sell category-leading products in a growing healthcare IT market.Exposure to the full MENA region and major industry events.A collaborative environment working closely with marketing and product teams.Room for growth as Nebras Technology expands its product and market footprint.
