We help educational institutions become AI-powered by providing an AI Co-Teacher for educators and an AI Study Buddy for students.Our platform supports schools and training centers in improving student training, engagement, performance tracking, and learning outcomes through smart, practical, and easy-to-use tools.Role OverviewWe are hiring a B2B Sales Specialist to join QuizMonk and help us expand across schools and training centers.This role is for someone who can generate leads, approach decision-makers, conduct field visits, handle cold calls, activate sales opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo, closing, and onboarding.The ideal candidate is practical, proactive, and comfortable selling to educational institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads from schools and training centers.Build and maintain relationships with school owners, directors, principals, center managers, teachers, tutors, and trainers.Conduct field visits to schools and training centers.Make cold calls and follow up with potential clients.Activate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct visits.Present QuizMonk clearly to decision-makers.Arrange and conduct product demos.Manage the full sales cycle:ProspectingQualificationDemo bookingFollow-upClosingOnboarding coordinationTrack sales activities, pipeline updates, and follow-ups.Work toward monthly KPIs and sales targets.Collect market feedback from schools and training centers.Coordinate with the internal team to support client onboarding and issue resolution.Requirements1–3 years of experience in education sales, SaaS sales, B2B sales, or a related commercial role.Experience dealing with schools, training centers, teachers, tutors, or trainers is a strong plus.Comfortable with field sales and direct visits.Able to make cold calls and handle objections professionally.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.Comfortable working with CRM sheets, follow-up trackers, or sales reporting tools.Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build something from the ground up.Based in Cairo.You’re a Strong Fit IfYou already have relationships in the education sector.You know how to approach schools, centers, teachers, tutors, or trainers.You are comfortable walking into centers, making cold calls, and following up consistently.You are hungry to close deals and grow your commission.You want ownership, not just a routine job.You are excited about AI, education, and the future of learning.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.10% commission on all closed deals.Uncapped commission.Transportation allowance.Flexible working hours.KPI-based performance evaluation.High-growth environment with real ownership.Transparent and goal-oriented team.Work LocationCairo — Remote with field visits when required.Contract TypeOne-year contract, subject to a three-month probation period.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your resume/CV to:mohamed.hany@numo.studioPlease use the job title “Sales Specialist B2B” in the email subject line.
