Lead and execute the company’s sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels to drive revenue growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring consistent performance improvement Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with overall business objectives Identify and acquire new B2B clients (cafes, restaurants, retailers, corporate accounts) Expand distribution channels, partnerships, and market presence Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance Set KPIs, monitor team productivity, and ensure alignment with company goals Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and key performance metrics Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to management Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing, promotions, and product offerings Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy Social insurance coverage Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or F&B Proven experience in B2B sales (HORECA / retail accounts) Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred Experience in modern trade and e-commerce is a must Technical Skills Strong knowledge of sales planning and pipeline management Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels Understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels Data analysis and forecasting experience is a plus
