About The RoleWe are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to manage and streamline sales billing operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Sales Team by handling order processing, ensuring billing accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth operational flow.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle billing requests from the Sales Team (daily, monthly, quarterly) across Tenders, Private, and Government sectorsExecute full billing cycle and ensure accuracy of invoicesCoordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teamsFollow up on missing or incorrect data (stock, lots, documentation)Secure required approvals for all billing transactionsProcess invoice amendments based on official requestsGenerate and provide reports to the Sales TeamSupport additional operational tasks as requiredRequirementsExperience:From 2 to 5 years experience in sales supportTechnical Skills:Experience with Oracle or SAPAdvanced Excel skillsHigh attention to detailLanguage:English: Intermediate speaking, Advanced writing (required)
