Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and performance KPIs to ensure consistent results.Conduct regular coaching sessions, call monitoring, and performance reviews to improve team effectiveness.Support team members in handling complex customer inquiries and objections to maximize conversion rates.Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain high standards of customer experience.Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys and operational efficiency.Assist in onboarding and training new team members on products, systems, and sales techniques.Maintain accurate records of team activities, sales performance, and customer interactions within CRM systems.Drive team engagement and foster a positive, high-performance sales culture. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or digital sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent coaching, leadership, and people management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
