At Nawy, we’re looking for ambitious and people-driven Real Estate Team Leaders to lead, coach, and elevate a team of Property Consultants toward exceptional sales performance.As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team productivity, improving conversion performance, developing sales talent, and creating a high-performance culture while remaining actively involved in the business.What you'll do:Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targetsMonitor team performance across the full sales funnel, including lead management, conversion rates, pipeline health, and closing efficiencyConduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job development plans for team membersSupport consultants in handling complex client cases, negotiations, and high-value opportunitiesEnsure proper CRM usage, sales tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline across the teamDrive accountability and performance culture through daily follow-ups, pipeline reviews, and target managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client experiences and operational excellenceAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for team improvement and business growthParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new Property ConsultantsMaintain strong market awareness across developers, projects, payment plans, and competitor activityAct as a role model in professionalism, sales excellence, and client relationship managementWhat we're looking for:4+ years of experience in real estate sales or high-performance sales environmentsPrevious experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members is highly preferredStrong understanding of the real estate market, developers, and investment landscapeProven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business resultsStrong leadership potential with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop othersExcellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong CRM and sales pipeline management skillsThis opportunity is ideal for professionals who:Are passionate about leadership and people developmentEnjoy driving team success and building winning culturesCan balance performance management with team motivationThink strategically while remaining execution-focusedAre eager to transition from individual contributor to impactful people leader
