Job Title: Sales Team Leader –TourismLocation: Cairo -EgyptAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with proven experience in the Gulf and Kuwaiti markets to join our growing travel and tourism company. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate a sales team, develop strong client relationships, and drive sales growth in line with the company’s objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies focused on the Gulf region, particularly Kuwait.Identify and secure new business opportunities within the tourism and travel sector.Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners in the GCC region.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.Support the team in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the travel & tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong experience and client network in the Gulf market (especially Kuwait).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Flexibility to travel if required.
