The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with retailers, bookstores, stationery shops, wholesalers, and key accounts while achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.The candidate must have previous experience working in a distribution company and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, opening new accounts, and managing customer relationships within the FMCG, stationery, office supplies, educational products, or distribution sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base.Identify and acquire new retail and wholesale accounts.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular customer visits according to the approved route plan.Present company products, promotions, and new launches to customers.Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term partnerships with customers.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.Monitor customer satisfaction and provide solutions to improve retention.Follow up on orders and delivery status.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.Gather market feedback and customer requirements.Identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.Report market trends to management.Collection & Credit ControlFollow company credit policies and collection procedures.Monitor customer outstanding balances.Coordinate with finance regarding overdue payments.Ensure timely collection of customer payments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.A valid driving license is preferred.Ability to travel and conduct field visits.Required ExperienceMandatoryMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative.Proven experience in distribution companies.Experience selling to:BookstoresStationery retailersOffice supply storesWholesalersEducational institutionsModern trade and traditional trade channelsPreferredExperience in stationery, school supplies, office supplies, educational products, FMCG, or distribution sectors.Existing customer network within the Egyptian market is a strong advantage.Please send your cv to info@tawzeeastore.com
