SAP CI / Integration Associate Manager

Responsibilities: As an Integration CI Consultant (HCM SF), you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP Data Integration Architecture & Tools is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is recommended. Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience. Conduct regular assessments of system stability and implement necessary improvements. Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure effective use of packaged applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application configurations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline5–8 years of experience in SAP Integration and middleware roles, with strong hands‑on delivery exposureSolid hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI / CPI) and SAP integration technologiesStrong understanding of SAP Integration Architecture, including APIs, adapters, and integration patterns (SOAP, REST)Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors / HCM solutions with SAP and third‑party systemsGood understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and data structuresExperience contributing to end‑to‑end integration delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and supportAbility to analyze and resolve complex integration issues with guidance from senior leadershipExperience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, and business stakeholders)Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain technical solutionsExperience creating and maintaining technical documentation, interface details, and operational guidesPreferred / Nice To HaveSAP certification in Integration (CPI/CI) or SAP SuccessFactorsExposure to SAP S/4HANA and cloud‑to‑cloud integration scenariosExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modelsInitial exposure to mentoring junior team members or acting as a workstream leadFamiliarity with business process implementation and system optimization initiatives
