In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions tailored to meet business needs.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations. You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, recommend solutions, and deliver system enhancements to optimize financial operations.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze client requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processesDesign, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business goalsCollaborate with other SAP and technical teams to integrate FICO with various modules and external systemsConduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution qualityProvide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end-usersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practicesKeep abreast of SAP FICO latest features and industry trendsCommunicate progress and technical information effectively to stakeholders and clientsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling modulesMinimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations and supportStrong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, configuration, and integrationExperience in business process analysis and the ability to tailor solutions to business needsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional groupsRelevant SAP certifications in FICO are a plusNationality: Saudi Arabian - this requirement is mandatoryBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
