In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA applications, playing a critical role in supporting business processes and driving system efficiency.The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and strong troubleshooting aptitude. You should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver timely solutions and improvements.RequirementsResponsibilities:Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA applications, ensuring optimal performance and availabilityMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA modules based on user requests and incidentsCollaborate with functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutionsSupport application upgrades, patches, and system enhancementsDocument support procedures, known issues, and resolutionsParticipate in testing and validation of application changesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely supportRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA applicationsProven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a live production environmentPractical knowledge of the following SAP modules: MM - Materials ManagementFI - Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR)FI-AA - Fixed AssetsBASIS - Foundational system administration and troubleshootingStrong understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processFamiliarity with the SAP Transport Management System (TMS)Experience in user administration, including authorization and role managementExperience in the Egyptian banking sector is preferredBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
