We’re Hiring: Scheduling AnalystWe are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Analyst to join our team and support workforce planning and scheduling operations to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage workforce schedules based on business needs and forecasts• Monitor staffing levels and ensure optimal coverage across shifts• Analyze performance metrics and recommend scheduling improvements• Adjust schedules in real-time to handle changes in demand or staffing• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align staffing plans• Generate reports on utilization, productivity, and service levels🔹 What We’re Looking For:• 6+ month of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or similar role• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools• Experience with WFM tools is a plus• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Strong attention to detail and time management skills• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
