Operating across multiple sectors in Egypt and the Gulf, the team focuses on turning HR into a measurable business driver through tailored, hands-on partnership models.Role Description The Science Teacher KS 2 will deliver engaging and age-appropriate science lessons to Key Stage 2 learners, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, designing practical activities and experiments, and differentiating instruction to support diverse learning needs. The teacher will assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of attainment and behavior. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum development, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. The Science Teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support the wider school community through events, projects, and extracurricular activities related to science.Qualifications Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to teach integrated science concepts effectively to KS 2 students.Subject knowledge in Physics and Mathematics sufficient to design clear explanations, demonstrations, and age-appropriate applications.Recognized Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching certification, with proven classroom teaching experience at primary or KS 2 level.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including setting learning objectives, differentiating activities, and aligning assessment with curriculum standards.Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive and student-centered teaching practices.Ability to integrate educational technology and hands-on experiments to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related discipline; advanced training or professional development in primary science teaching is an advantage.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate within a multidisciplinary school and HR-partnered environment.
