Scrum MasterJob OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality digital products and solutions. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, guiding them through Agile and Scrum practices while fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple teamsGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles, ensuring adherence and continuous improvementCollaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, and actionableAct as a shield for the team against outside distractions, removing impediments that hinder the team's progressFoster a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the teamMonitor sprint performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and provide insights to improve team performanceLead cross-team coordination for dependencies and alignments in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization's Agile maturityChampion agile transformation initiatives and contribute to process improvement across teams and departmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related fieldFrom 4 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead roleStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile best practicesExcellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello)Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certificationExperience in enterprise-level Agile adoption or digital transformation initiativesBackground in software development, product management, or business analysis is a plusKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools is advantageous
