The Scrum Master is a servant-leader responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework within one or more development teams, enabling them to self-organize, collaborate, and deliver high-value products effectively within the FinTech domain. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferredExperience:2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile development teams.
