Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple squads and drive agile excellence at Nawy. This role is pivotal in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality solutions that empower our customers in their real estate journey. As a Senior ScrumMaster, you will act as a servant leader, mentor teams on Agile principles, and ensure the successful delivery of business goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Agile Team Leadership:Lead and manage multiple cross-functional squads to deliver high-value outcomes in alignment with business objectivesFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within and across teams Scrum Facilitation:Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingGuide teams in effectively utilizing Agile tools and methodologies to maximize productivity Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with company objectivesAct as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and understanding of priorities Performance Monitoring:Track and report team performance metrics, such as velocity, quality, and predictabilityIdentify and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and team success Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and improved team dynamicsDrive retrospective action items to completion to enhance team performanceRequirementsDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKey Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:3+ years as a Scrum MasterProven experience managing multiple teams in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
