In this role, you will be responsible for improving website visibility through on-page optimization and off-page link building / outreach.This position is suitable for someone who has practical experience optimizing real websites, not just theoretical SEO knowledge. You will work under the supervision of an SEO Manager and are expected to grow quickly, apply feedback, and help improve organic rankings, user engagement, and domain authority.Key Responsibilities1. Keyword ResearchConduct keyword research for the company's products and services.Analyze search intent for target keywords.Select relevant keywords for articles, product pages, service pages, and categories.Track keyword rankings and analyze performance trends over time.2. On-Page SEOOptimize page meta titles and meta descriptions.Write and improve meta descriptions for CTR.Optimize heading structure (H1, H2, H3) within pages.Improve content structure to align with search engines and user experience.Optimize internal links between related pages.Review existing pages and suggest necessary improvements.Collaborate with the content team to ensure articles and pages follow SEO requirements.3. Content SEO SupportPrepare clear SEO briefs for the content team based on target keywords.Review content from an SEO perspective before publishing.Ensure keywords are used naturally and without over-optimization.Suggest new content ideas based on competitor and keyword opportunity analysis.4. Link Building & OutreachExecute link-building strategies to acquire quality backlinks.Find relevant, high-authority websites, blogs, and platforms for outreach.Manage outreach campaigns to secure external links.Monitor the quality of acquired backlinks and ensure they are safe and useful.Help improve the website's Domain Authority / Domain Rating.Avoid any spammy or black-hat practices that could harm the website long-term.5. Competitor AnalysisAnalyze competitor websites for keyword gaps.Study competitors' backlink profiles.Identify new content and link-building opportunities.Provide recommendations to improve rankings compared to competitors.6. SEO Tools & ReportingUse SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.Track page and keyword performance.Prepare regular reports on progress, results, issues, and opportunities.Work with the SEO Manager to define monthly priorities.Candidate RequirementsMust-Have1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO .Solid experience in on-page SEO.Good understanding of off-page SEO and link building.Ability to perform keyword research practically.Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar.Good knowledge of Google Search Console.Understanding of search intent.Ability to analyze competitors and extract improvement opportunities.Strong communication and outreach skills.Ability to write or review SEO briefs for content.Commitment to working full-time from the company's office in Maadi.Willingness to learn and grow under the SEO Manager's supervision.
