• Evaluate internal controls: Assess the design, implementation, and effectiveness of FlairsTech controls across various systems and processes (i.e Physical security, network security, data encryption and access control..etc.)• Monitor network activity: Identify and respond to suspicious activity that could indicate a security breach.• Incident response: Develop and implement a plan to address security incidents such as malware attacks and data breaches. This includes data recovery and remediation efforts.• Identify and assess IT risks: Analyze potential vulnerabilities, threats, and weaknesses in the IT environment, estimating their impact and likelihood.• Plan and conduct IT audits: Develop audit programs, schedules, and test procedures aligned with risk assessments and industry best practices.• Prepare and present audit reports: Document audit findings, recommendations, and observations in clear, concise, and actionable reports for management and stakeholders.• Communicate effectively: Collaborate with IT, business units, and stakeholders to discuss audit findings, recommendations, and action plans.• Stay up to date on security threats: The cybersecurity landscape constantly evolves, so IT Security Officers need to stay informed about the latest threats and vulnerabilities.
