In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on security practices and policies, helping us identify threats and vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with various departments to implement effective security measures and promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:Firewall Management: Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Palo Alto Prisma Access, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshootingRouting Expertise: Strong knowledge of BGP routing on Palo Alto platforms. Platform Administration: Proficient in tools such as Algosec FireFlow, Log Analyzer, and AppViz for security operations, analysis, and platform managementPolicy Optimization: Enhance network security policies and streamline incident response processesAct as the primary consultant on all cybersecurity matters, offering best practice insights and strategic recommendations to enhance security protocolsLead the development, implementation, and management of security initiatives and programsConduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategiesMonitor and analyze security incidents; respond effectively and efficiently to security breachesDesign and deliver training sessions aimed at improving employee understanding of security policies and proceduresResearch and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapesRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in information security or a related fieldProven experience as a security consultant or expertIn-depth knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)Familiarity with firewall management and network security practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred
