This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for water and wastewater treatment projects, pumping stations, and related equipment, with a focus on both public and private sector clients. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and conducting site visits to support project scoping and solution design. The Senior Sales Engineer collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure that solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs. The role also includes providing pre- and post-sales technical support, presenting product capabilities for partner brands, following up on tenders and bids, and maintaining long-term relationships that drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.Qualifications 4years Strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution selling, proposal development, and translating technical requirements into competitive offers. proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage the full sales cycleExcellent Communication skills, including clear technical presentation, negotiation, and report writing in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field; advanced certifications in water/wastewater or sales are a plus.Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or water/wastewater projects in Egypt or the region, including familiarity with tenders and contracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to sizing, selection, and technical evaluation of equipment and systems.Ability to work on-site and at client locations, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
