A fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency serving North America and Europe is hiring Senior Account Manager.Purpose: Lead daily operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to allow the founder to focus on business developmentClient Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for clients, lead meetings, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure all communication is clear, timely, and strategicTeam Coordination: Oversee collaboration across departments including paid media, SEO, content, and design to ensure timely and aligned deliverablesProject Oversight: Manage end-to-end client account processes from onboarding to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheldQuality Assurance: Review all deliverables, reports, and client communications for accuracy and professionalism before deliveryStrategic Input: Participate in strategy discussions and contribute meaningful feedback to enhance campaign direction and client resultsOperations Leadership: Take ownership of all tasks and issues, proactively solving problems without deferring themRequirementsExperience Required: Minimum 7 years in a digital marketing agency, managing client accounts, campaigns, or internal operationsLanguage Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to lead client communications and internal collaboration dailyMarketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and content — able to understand, evaluate, and communicate campaign strategies (no hands-on execution required)Soft Skills: Highly organized, strong communicator, multitasker with excellent attention to detail and professional presence under pressure
