The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, reconcile accounts, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage budgets. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting cost analyses, supporting audits, and providing strategic insights into financial planning and decision-making. Effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Analysis, and ReportingProficiency in Budget Management, Forecasting, and Cost OptimizationExperience in Tax Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and AuditingProficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar), Excel, and ERP systemsExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance; industry experience is advantageous.
