Job Code: I2026ADMI-013Job QualificationsManage and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.Supervise, mentor, and support the administrative team.Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and space planning.Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Prepare and manage the annual budget for administrative and facility operations.Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Job QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenges proactively and efficiently.Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proven ability to follow up on tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assignments.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
