Key Responsibilities* Prepare and review architectural design packages from Concept Design (CD), Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC stages.* Develop architectural solutions that meet client requirements, project objectives, and applicable regulations.* Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Life Safety, and other disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs.* Review and resolve authority comments and submission requirements.* Prepare and review municipality submission packages and technical documentation.* Ensure compliance with project standards, authority regulations, and company procedures.* Produce and review high-quality architectural drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.* Support and guide junior architects and drafting teams.* Coordinate daily with the Qatar office to meet project deadlines and deliverables.* Participate in technical reviews, design coordination meetings, and internal quality checks.Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.* Minimum 8 years of architectural consultancy experience.* Strong experience in Concept Design (CD), Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC packages.* Experience with authority submissions and multidisciplinary coordination.* Proficiency in AutoCAD* Good understanding of Qatar or Gulf regulations and design requirements is an advantage.* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.* Professional in English.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Additional RequirementsCandidates residing in Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, or nearby areas are preferred, as this is a full-time office-based position located in Sheikh Zayed.
