Job Description:-Lead and manage architectural design stages from concept to detailed design-Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation-Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants-Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and client requirements-Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members-Follow up on project deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outputRequirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture-Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design-Previous experience within real estate developers or construction companies is a must-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design tools-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
