Job Description :- Lead and supervise architectural and landscape design activities throughout all project phases.- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.- Monitor design quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.- Support project planning, scheduling, and design coordination activities.- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.Requirements :- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural and/or landscape design.- Previous experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, hospitality, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, landscape design, and project coordination.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.- Strong understanding of local regulations, design standards, and construction practices.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
