By integrating global design expertise with localized delivery and operational excellence, the company consistently delivers high-quality, cost-efficient, and future-ready projects.Location: New Cairo______________Job Description:Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to define project scope and cost exposure.Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates aligned with project requirements and market benchmarks.Perform quantity take-offs and develop cost breakdowns to support competitive pricing.Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, procurement, commercial, and project teams during the tender phase.Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain compliant quotations.Support negotiations, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, standards, and client requirements.Assist in the preparation of complete and competitive tender submissions within defined deadlines.Manage tender clarifications and revisions as required.Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes, cost databases, and benchmarking tools.______________Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5–8 years of experience in mechanical or MEP estimation within contracting or construction environments.Strong exposure to healthcare, residential, or hospitality projects.Proven experience with lump-sum projects.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related MEP systems.Advanced quantity take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ analysis skills.
