About the Company:About the Role:First Option for Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architectural Engineer to lead the development of high-detail architectural BIM models and shop drawings up to LOD 500. The role focuses on delivering fully coordinated, construction-ready models and drawings across large-scale and mega projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and international codes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage architectural BIM models up to LOD 500 with a high level of accuracy and detail.Prepare, review, and deliver detailed shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).Lead the development and coordination of architectural packages including:Blockwork packagesFloor, wall, and ceiling finishesReflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)Staircase and detailed layoutsSupport Fit-Out and Interior Design (ID) packages with detailed execution drawings.Coordinate architectural models with MEP, Structural, and Infrastructure teams to ensure clash-free models.Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks).Ensure compliance with LOD requirements, BIM standards, and naming conventions.Review and validate shop drawings and as-built models.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering5–8+ years of experience in Architectural BIMStrong expertise in shop drawings ,LOD 400–500 modelingHigh proficiency in Revit and NavisworksStrong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and construction detailingExperience working on Saudi / Emirati large-scale or mega projectsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsYour Life at First Option – Perks & MoreWorking conditions:Work Location: Nasr City near Serag MallWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour breakFriday and Saturday offBenefits:Competitive SalarySocial & Medical InsuranceRegional Project Exposure (KSA & UAE)Mega Project ExperienceContinuous Learning & DevelopmentCollaborative Work EnvironmentHands-On Project Ownership
