§ Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.§ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.§ Develop and Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption.§ Steer the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns.§ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability§ Manage all online / offline marketing, advertising activities and PR work§ Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorship and corporate social responsibility programs.§ Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media. § 8+ years of experience in Marketing brand management at the real estate industry. § Bachelor Degree in BA, Marketing Specialisation. MBA and marketing diploma holder is plus.§ Fluent English § Hands on / excellent knowledge of MS office § A proven track record of successful project implementation in real estate organisations or advertising agencies managed real estate projects for at least 5 years.§ Team management experience, hard worker, goal, and results oriented attitude.
