Amreyah Cement is seeking a results-driven Senior Budgeting Specialist to manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong experience in cost accounting, budget management, variance analysis, and monthly closing within a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and support budgeting and cost control activities across all departments.Manage the full operational budgeting cycle, including budget setting, expenditure control, and variance reporting.Oversee day-to-day cost accounting operations and ensure accuracy of cost allocation.Participate in developing and improving cost control processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Support ERP/CO module implementation and optimization related to budgeting and cost accounting.Take full responsibility for budgeting-related monthly closing and reporting activities.Prepare detailed variance analysis and communicate financial risks and opportunities to operational managers.Support quarterly reviews and annual audits (internal & external) by providing required reports and documentation.Provide financial insights to support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.5–8 years of experience in budgeting, cost accounting, or FP&A.CMA certification is a must.Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a must.Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and budgeting processes.Hands-on experience with an ERP system Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
