Experience: 4–8 YearsLocation: Onsite – Riyadh , KSAEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant (Informatica CDGC) to lead the design, implementation, and enablement of enterprise-level Data Governance & Metadata Management solutions. The role requires deep expertise in the Informatica IDMC platform and the ability to translate governance requirements into scalable, high-quality technical and functional solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ArchitectureLead end-to-end architecture & solution design for CDGC implementations.Define structures for metadata governance, lineage, glossary, CDEs, and policy frameworks.Establish workflows, RACI models, and governance operating models.CDGC Implementation & ConfigurationConfigure Catalog, Glossary, Process, Policies, Data Quality, Data Marketplace, and lineage components.Build custom metadata templates, domains, and classification rules.Implement ingestion through scanners, connectors, APIs, and cloud/on-prem platforms.Metadata Integration & AutomationConfigure automated metadata ingestion & scheduling.Build end-to-end technical lineage and resolve lineage breaks.Integrate CDGC with IICS, MDM, ETL tools, BI systems, and Data Lakes.Business Engagement & Governance EnablementConduct requirement workshops, UAT sessions & governance enablement sessions.Translate business needs into technical deliverables and governance structures.Support stewardship teams with onboarding and adoption.Delivery, Documentation & SupportPrepare HLDs, LLDs, configuration guides, SOPs & runbooks.Ensure timely delivery with quality assurance and PMO reporting.Provide post-deployment hyper care and KT handover.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise5–8 years hands-on with Informatica CDGC / IDMC.Strong experience in metadata ingestion, lineage configuration, glossary design, classification & policies.Experience with CDE framework, DQ rules & scorecards.Solid SQL and understanding of Data Lakes, ETL/ELT & cloud ecosystems.Data Governance SkillsFamiliarity with DAMA-DMBOK standards.Experience defining governance roles, policies, and operating models.Consulting SkillsStrong communication, stakeholder management & client-facing ability.Ability to run workshops and convert business needs into technical designs.Strong documentation, presentation and delivery leadership.Preferred QualificationsInformatica IDMC / Data Governance certifications.Experience in banking, government, or large enterprise programs.Experience delivering against national-level data regulations like NDMO / NDI (KSA), NPC (Qatar) etc.Experience in working with Middle East Region clientsPersonal AttributesSelf-driven, structured, and detail oriented.Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently.Capable of mentoring junior consultants.Passionate about metadata, governance, and automation-first solutions.Willingness to travel for project onsite deployment in Middle EastWhy Join Us?Work on national-scale data programs and enterprise governance transformations.Collaborate with cross-functional data, analytics, and technology teams.Opportunities for continuous learning, certification, and career advancement.Exposure to the full IDMC suite and modern cloud-native data ecosystems.
