Role Summary The Senior Corporate & Contracts Lawyer will provide strategic legal support on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, advising on corporate governance and compliance, and supporting the business in mitigating legal risks. The candidate must be bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, and have 5–7 years of proven experience in corporate and contracts. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (joint ventures, supply, service, distribution agreements, NDAs, etc.). Advise on corporate governance, structuring, compliance, and regulatory matters. Support senior management in strategic decision-making by identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Manage corporate filings, board/shareholder resolutions, and secretarial matters. Advise on M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation. Develop and implement contract management policies, templates, and best practices. Liaise with external counsel where specialized legal expertise is required. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Handle disputes and potential claims related to contracts, in coordination with litigation teams. Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus. 5–7 years’ professional experience in corporate and contracts, ideally within consumer finance, a top law firm, or a multinational. Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both languages. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory frameworks.
