Senior Corporate Sales (B2B)We are seeking a high-performing Senior Corporate Sales (B2B) professional with a strong hunter mentality to join our commercial team at our luxury hotel.The ideal candidate must possess an extensive, active, and up-to-date corporate database, along with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts with strong revenue figures.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Proactively identify, penetrate, and open new corporate accounts, government entities, and international organizations to secure long-term, high-value contracts.Contract Closing: Demonstrate the ability and strong relationships required to successfully close major deals with corporations, delivering strong revenue numbers.MICE & Events: Actively promote and sell the resort’s facilities for conferences, seminars, high-end corporate retreats, incentive trips, gala dinners, and various large-scale events. Must have the capability to bring in diverse conferences, events, and corporate activities.Revenue Growth: Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic networking, site inspections, and effective closing techniques.Portfolio Management: Leverage your existing professional network to introduce the resort to key decision-makers (HR Directors, Procurement Managers, Event Planners, and C-Level Executives).Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position the resort as the preferred choice for corporate stays, conferences, and leisure activities.End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and site visits to contract negotiation and final signing.Strict Requirements:5–8 years of proven experience in Hotel/Resort Corporate Sales (B2B).Minimum 5 years of experience in selling conferences, events, parties, and MICE activities.MUST have a strong, active corporate client database and established relationships with key industry players.Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets with verifiable high-value contracts.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
